Our silver-graphite products are manufactured by blending silver and graphite powder, compacting, sintering, extruding, and rolling the material. The deformation leads to an alignment of the graphite particles in the direction of the extrusion and rolling. A solderable silver side is produced by decarburization. Our silver-graphite contact materials are also available upon request as plated profiles with a brazing alloy and as pre-soldered contact tips.
